Este artículo pretende sensibilizar a los maestros en ejercicio y a los futuros maestros frente al hecho de investigar como punto de partida de transformaciones educativas que implican el reconocimiento a su saber y a su hacer y también su compromiso para sistematizar las experiencias que desarrolla, de tal manera que suscite en sí mismo la reflexión y más aún la conciencia por la necesidad de un cambio educativo que se fundamenta en la construcción del saber pedagógico del maestro que hace a partir de su práctica docente.

Este artículo pretende sensibilizar a los maestros en ejercicio y a los futuros maestros frente al hecho de investigar como punto de partida de transformaciones educativas que implican el reconocimiento a su saber y a su hacer y también su compromiso para sistematizar las experiencias que desarrolla, de tal manera que suscite en sí mismo la reflexión y más aún la conciencia por la necesidad de un cambio educativo que se fundamenta en la construcción del saber pedagógico del maestro que hace a partir de su práctica docente. This article aims to raise awareness among practicing teachers and prospective teachers face the fact as a starting point to investigate educational transformations involving the recognition of their knowledge and their doing and their commitment to systematize the experiences that develops, such that arouse itself further reflection and awareness for the need for educational change that is based on the construction of pedagogical knowledge of the teacher from doing their teaching practice.
