Existe una preocupación jurídica respecto de la posibilidad de existencia de una única respuesta correcta en varios de los actuales filósofos y teóricos del derecho, como Aulis Aarnio, con su texto One right answer?, desde el cual analizaré sus posturas en relación con las asumidas por Nino, Habermas, Perelman, Dworkin, Alexy, MacCormick y Peczenick, estableciendo sus concordancias y contraposiciones. Además, haré una síntesis de la doctrina contemporánea sobre argumentación jurídica comparando y sometiendo a sus tamices las tesis de Aarnio a fin de evidenciar sus grandes aportes en este campo de investigación iusfilosófico.

There is a judicial concern regarding the possibility of the existence of an only correct answer in several current law philosophers and theorists, such as Aulis Aarnio, with his text, One right answer?. His postures will be analyzed in relation to those taken by Nino, Habermas, Perelman, Dworkin, Alexy, MacCormick and Peczenick, in order to establish their agreements and counter-positions. Additionally, a synthesis of the contemporary doctrine on the judicial argumentation will be carried out, comparing and submitting Aarnio’s thesis to its differences, with the purpose of making evident its great impact in this field of iusphilosophical research.
