Presentamos hoy la Revista número 10, para darle continuidad a este proyecto que ya cumple una década y que se ha posicionado en los más importantes lugares de las publicaciones teatrales en América Latina. Es importante, además, resaltar que iniciamos este año 2016 con el anuncio de importantes cambios en los parámetros para la publicación de revistas indexadas en Publindex. Cambios que sin duda buscan endurecer o hacer más difícil la indexación, sobre todo de revistas de corte no científico, dedicadas a las humanidades o al arte. Sin embargo, tenemos serias críticas a esos procedimientos que se realizan unilateralmente, que de antemano están sojuzgando de manera negativa lo que hacen las revistas. Es importante, además, resaltar que iniciamos este año 2016 con el anuncio de importantes cambios en los parámetros para la publicación de revistas indexadas en Publindex. Cambios que sin duda buscan endurecer o hacer más difícil la indexación, sobre todo de revistas de corte no científico, dedicadas a las humanidades o al arte. Sin embargo, tenemos serias críticas a esos procedimientos que se realizan unilateralmente, que de antemano están sojuzgando de manera negativa lo que hacen las revistas. Con los cambios propuestos lo que quieren es funcionarios haciendo revistas. No les interesan ni literatos, ni científicos amantes del conocimiento, sino digitadores cumpliendo requisitos y llenando aplicativos de tan exagerada exigencia. Seguramente van a lograr lo propuesto: que muchas revistas desistan de su interés de publicar y más bien redireccionar sus intereses editoriales. Prueba de lo anteriormente expuesto, es que realizan cambios para todas las revistas sin hacer diferencia entre los diferentes tipos de publicaciones. Creemos que, por lo menos, deberían reconsiderar dos grandes campos: uno, donde quepa lo dedicado a las ciencias básicas y, otro, donde sea considerado un tipo de conocimiento diferente de tipo cualitativo en el cual, como es su esencia, primen la subjetividad, los sentimientos y valorizaciones referidas en sentido estético y cultural. Para Publindex, o Colciencias, solo existe la investigación científica. En muchos casos, con anterioridad, fueron rechazados artículos publicados en nuestra Revista, que ellos identificaban como investigación en Artes, pero llamaban la atención diciendo que no era investigación científica. Es decir, al parecer los siglos de desarrollo de las humanidades y del Arte no han llegado a Colciencias, o por lo menos no les importa, pues creer que el mundo solo puede estudiarse con rigor a través de la ciencia es desconocer el múltiple desarrollo del conocimiento humano. Solo nos queda como editores de revistas, absortos ante estas decisiones catastróficas, tratar de interpretar algunas razones por las cuales se realizan estos cambios tan absurdos. Y llegamos a algunas explicaciones ya esgrimidas por algunas autoridades al respecto, que lo explican a partir de búsquedas de reformas económicas globales para frenar el aumento en los sistemas salariales de los profesores, que en muchos de los casos se benefician de manera exagerada y sin control. Y con esta razón podríamos estar de acuerdo, sin embargo, creemos que otras medidas de otros talantes también podrían ser efectivas y no acabar con un sistema de publicaciones que seguramente enriquece el panorama académico del país. Today we present the Magazine number 10, to give continuity to this project that is already a decade old and that has positioned itself in the most important places of theatrical publications in Latin America. It is also important to highlight that we started this year 2016 with the announcement of important changes in the parameters for the publication of journals indexed in Publindex. Changes that undoubtedly seek to harden or make indexing more difficult, especially for non-scientific journals, dedicated to the humanities or art. However, we have serious criticisms of those procedures that are performed unilaterally, which in advance are negatively subduing what magazines do. With the proposed changes, what they want is officials making magazines. They are not interested in either writers, or knowledge-loving scientists, but digiters meeting requirements and filling applications of such exaggerated demands. Surely they will achieve the proposal: that many journals give up their interest in publishing and rather redirect their editorial interests. Proof of the foregoing is that they make changes for all journals without making a difference between the different types of publications. We believe that, at least, they should reconsider two major fields: one, where what is dedicated to the basic sciences fits and, another, where a different type of knowledge of qualitative type is considered in which, as is its essence, subjectivity prevail , the feelings and valorizations referred to in an aesthetic and cultural sense. For Publindex, or Colciencias, there is only scientific research. In many cases, previously, articles published in our Journal were rejected, which they identified as research in Arts, but called attention saying that it was not scientific research. That is, it seems that the centuries of development of the humanities and of Art have not reached Colciencias, or at least they do not care, because to believe that the world can only be studied rigorously through science is to ignore the multiple development of human knowledge We only have as magazine editors, absorbed by these catastrophic decisions, to try to interpret some reasons why these absurd changes are made. And we come to some explanations already wielded by some authorities in this regard, which explain it from searches of global economic reforms to curb the increase in teachers' salary systems, which in many cases benefit from an exaggerated and uncontrolled way . And with this reason we could agree, however, we believe that other measures of other talent could also be effective and not end up with a system of publications that surely enriches the country's academic landscape.
