Toda  Constitución queda sujeta a los posibles cambios que  ha de afrontar por razón  de  las transformaciones del contexto en el que  ha de  ser aplicada, por la necesidad de tener que  ser interpretada por los distintos operadores jurídico-políticos, así como por razón  del paso ineludible del tiempo; todo  lo cual incide en que  termine siendo entendida de forma distinta  a como fue concebida originalmente, sin que se vea alterada en su redacción. Every Constitution is subject to the possible amendments that it has to face due to the transformations of the context in which it has to be applied, due to the need to have to be interpreted by the different legal-political operators, as well as due to the unavoidable pass of time; all of which impacts in the fact that it ends up being understood differently from how it was originally conceived without being altered in its wording. This is what the problem of constitutional amendment is all about, a controversial issue in itself due to the implications it has and that affect the normative force of the Constitution.
