La revista Ratio Legis, producida por el Instituto de Estudios Democráticos (INED) del Tribunal Electoral de Panamá, se complace en presentar su quinta edición correspondiente a los meses de enero a junio de 2023. Desde su primera edición en el año 2021, la revista se ha mantenido fiel a su objetivo de promover el enaltecimiento del pensamiento jurídico y brindar un aporte y quehacer de referencia a la comunidad panameña a través de la sabia reflexión de temas presentes y de interés para toda la población en general.

The Ratio Legis magazine, produced by the Institute of Democratic Studies (INED) of the Electoral Tribunal of Panama, is pleased to present its fifth edition corresponding to the months of January to June 2023. Since its first edition in 2021, the magazine has remained faithful to its objective of promoting the exaltation of legal thought and providing a contribution and work of reference to the Panamanian community through the wise reflection of current issues of interest to the entire population in general.
