“En junio de 2013 me senté a conversar sobre “el objeto” con mi padre, el artísta Santiago Cárdenas. Mi interés sobre el tema radicaba en que en las reuniones de La revista La Tadeo De Arte habíamos hablado sobre el objeto como tema central de esta publicación. Sin embargo, siendo el objeto un tema tan amplio, yo me empecé a cuestionar cual sería su lugar en la pintura contemporánea.
