Durante los primeros días de diciembre del presente año se realizará en Lima la Vigésima Conferencia de las Partes de la Convención Marco de la Naciones Unidas sobre Cambio Climático - COP20/CMP10. El cambio climático es un problema que afecta todas las actividades económicas; afecta tanto a países ricos como a países en vías de desarrollo, siendo estos últimos mucho más vulnerables, en especial, por su poca preparación ante desastres. La COP 20 es un reto para el Perú. ¿Estaremos preparados para enfrentar la responsabilidad del cambio climático? ¿Qué implica hacernos responsables por este problema ambiental?.
