El presente artículo hace una revisión de algunos temas importantes que son tratados a la luz de bioética, partiendo históricamente de lo que significa ética y moral, su trascendencia en nuestros legados de procedimiento y como artífices de la vida en sociedad, para llegar a lo que modernamente se entiende como bioética y las implicaciones que está tiene en el avance de la ciencia y el bienestar humano.
