Este trabajo se realizó bajo la visión de los nuevos retos que están presentando los Docentes a nivel superior, por lo cual se investigó a través de varios libros que hablan sobre las nuevas tendencias es los sistemas educativos y de alguna manera señalar las principales consecuencias futuras que tendrá el nuevo escenario de la educación. Aun cuando no sabemos lo que pueda suceder dentro de cinco años en la educación superior, es inevitable notar los cambios que actualmente se están dando y aunque en años anteriores era difícil para algunos docentes adaptarse a tendencias tecnológicas, debido a la nueva crisis mundial, ha servido de influencia, para que el sistema de cierta manera lleve a los profesores que han estado en el sistema por un l... Aun cuando no sabemos lo que pueda suceder dentro de cinco años en la educación superior, es inevitable notar los cambios que actualmente se están dando y aunque en años anteriores era difícil para algunos docentes adaptarse a tendencias tecnológicas, debido a la nueva crisis mundial, ha servido de influencia, para que el sistema de cierta manera lleve a los profesores que han estado en el sistema por un largo tiempo, aprender de las nuevas bases de la educación. This work was carried out under the vision of the new challenges that teachers are presenting at the higher level, so it was investigated through several books that talk about the new trends in educational systems and somehow point out the main future consequences that the new scenario of education will have. Although we do not know what may happen in five years’ time in higher education. It is inevitable to notice the changes that are currently taking place and although in previous years it was difficult for some teachers to adapt to technological trends, due to the new global crisis, it has served as an influence, so that the system in a certain way leads teachers who have been in the system for a long time, to learn from the new foundations of education.
