El objetivo de este estudio es determinar y evaluar las expectativas de los residentes sobre los impactos del turismo. Las expectativas de los residentes se manejan a través del Modelo Kano y el Proceso de Jerarquía Analítica. No se ha encontrado ningún otro estudio similar que evalúe las expectativas de los residentes sobre los impactos del turismo. Cuando se evalúan los resultados, se concluye que las expectativas de los residentes se reúnen bajo dimensiones económicas. Las expectativas se clasifican según su importancia. Proporciona datos que pueden aportar información a los mecanismos de toma de decisiones de las organizaciones de gestión de destinos. El objetivo de este estudio es determinar y evaluar las expectativas de los residentes sobre los impactos del turismo. No se ha encontrado ningún otro estudio similar que evalúe las expectativas de los residentes sobre los impactos del turismo. Cuando se evalúan los resultados, se concluye que las expectativas de los residentes se reúnen bajo dimensiones económicas. Las expectativas se clasifican según su importancia. Proporciona datos que pueden aportar información a los mecanismos de toma de decisiones de las organizaciones de gestión de destinos. Allanará el camino para planificar políticas y estrategias que gestionen la percepción y la actitud de los residentes para realizar actividades turísticas más exitosas.
The aim of this study is to determine and evaluate the expectations of residents regarding the impacts of tourism. The expectations of the residents are handled through the Kano Model and the Analytic Hierarchy Process. No other similar study evaluating the expectations of residents regarding the impacts of tourism has been carried out. When the findings are evaluated, it can be seen that the expectations of residents generally fall under economic dimensions. Expectations are ranked according to their importance. It provides data that can provide input to the decision-making mechanisms of destination management organizations. It can pave the way for plan policies and strategies that manage the perceptions and attitudes of the residents in order to realize more successful tourism activities.
