Las características técnicas y tácticas son las acciones de juego determinante de un deporte, que establecen las condiciones de juego y las especialidades de un jugador o un equipo. Dentro de los deportes no convencionales, encontramos una diversa cantidad de modalidades que son desconocidas o que hasta poco tiempo están surgiendo, y de esta manera, también, su forma errónea de entrenar estas características. Dentro de los deportes no convencionales, encontramos una diversa cantidad de modalidades que son desconocidas o que hasta poco tiempo están surgiendo, y de esta manera, también, su forma errónea de entrenar estas características. Se presentó un estudio de tipo exploratorio con un método observacional, tomando de esta manera, los ocho mejores equipos participantes del torneo nacional A.J.U.C. (asociación de jugadores de ultímate en Colombia) categoría masculina o élite, realizando el video grabación de los partidos de los cuartos de final, semi final y final, contando con equipos de la mayoría del territorio del país. Se realizó la clasificación de las características tanto técnicas como tácticas y se realizaron conteos manuales de los partidos, características como: lanzamientos, maniobras de lanzamiento, fakes, posición defensiva y saltos se tuvieron en cuenta para las acciones técnicas y características como sistema de juego, número de manejadores/cortadores en campo de juego y zonas calientes de pases efectivos para las acciones tácticas. Resultados: las características más usadas dentro de las situaciones reales de juego competitivas efectivamente son los lanzamientos y las maniobras de lanzamiento, pero, al ver la variedad de lanzamiento se estableció que el backhand es mayoritariamente más usado que técnicas como el forehand, scoober o hammer, por otro lado, características no muy distantes como el agarre del disco y la posición defensiva forman un factor determinante con valores muy altos dentro del desarrollo del juego. A nivel táctico la predominancia se basó, en tener sistemas de juego verticales con tres manejadores en campo y cuatro cortadores, y un alto nivel de incidencia en zonas de creación de juego dentro del desarrollo del torneo.
description_eng The technique characteristics and the tactics are the actions of a determinate game of a sport, which establish the conditions of the games and the specialties of a player or a team. Inside of the no conventional sports, we found a diverse modality’s quantities that are unknowns or until recently are suggesting and thus also their wrong way to train these characteristics. It’s presents a study type exploratory with an observational method, taking in this way the eight betters participants teams of the national tourney A.J.U.C (asociación de jugadores de ultimate en Colombia) masculine or elite category, realizing the videotape of the last games of the finals quarters, semifinal and final, counting with teams which most of this are from the country territory.   It’s has been made the classification of the characteristics, technical and tactical and it has been realized manual counts of the games, characteristics like throws, throws maneuvers, fakes, defense position and jumps are taken into account of the technical actions and characteristics like game system, number of drivers/cutters in the game and hot zones of effective passes to the tactical actions. Results: the characteristics most used inside of the real game situations, competitive and effectively are the throw and throws maneuver, but at the time to see the throw variety, was established that the backhand is mostly mot used than techniques like forehand scoober or hammer. Furthermore, characteristics that aren’t so far like the disc grip and the offense position make a determinate factor with high values inside of the game development. In a tactic level, the predominance is based on have game verticals systems with three drivers in the fields and four cutters, and in a high incident level in creating zones of the game inside of the tourney development.
