description_eng High intensity training (HIT) is a concept that has been inserted in the social environment approximately fifteen years ago. However, there are investigations from more than twenty years ago that have focused exclusively to demonstrate HIT’s effectivity in different areas. Even though, it hasn’t been concreted a full concept over HIT so it has become a regular practice by means of several new exercise tendencies that have deformed the praxis with not encouraging results that haven’t been documented. Therefore, it’s necessary to conceptualize and built the profile of execution of this kind of exercise in order to care health.
