Este estudio explora la correlación entre la diversidad de género en el liderazgo corporativo y las dificultades financieras en el sector empresarial. La investigación tiene como objetivo comprender el papel del equilibrio de género en la estabilidad y resiliencia corporativa, planteando la hipótesis de una posible relación inversa con las dificultades financieras. La metodología incluye un muestreo intencional de empresas que cotizan en la Bolsa de Valores de Indonesia, utilizando modelos y análisis de regresión logística.
