El caso de Julián Assange muestra el relativismo imperante en la práctica de los derechos humanos, que solamente los reconoce a quienes integren organizaciones políticas formales. Este artículo expone los fundamentos teóricos de tal práctica y propone una fundamentación distinta que elimine aquel relativismo.
