Job satisfaction and dissatisfaction are functions of perception regarding what is expected and obtained from a job or profession, as with the value attributed to them. Despite the variability of the results regarding the relationship between satisfaction and other variables, we believe that many of the results are similar between the upper level and other levels of education. However, by not having this certainty, it seems appropriate to try to ensure a deeper analysis of this issue.
