Las crisis financieras han demostrado la fragilidad que tiene el mercado, en este sentido se puede identificar los hitos que han desencadenado la crisis de confianza en la sociedad en general, dando cuenta del paso de una economía de mercado a una sociedad de mercado. Para ello, se hará una breve contextualización de las crisis financieras más relevantes en la historia económica mundial, después, se enunciarán las políticas adoptadas por los Estados para hacer frente a las crisis, dando paso a una nueva arquitectura financiera, que involucra una mirada ética de los participantes, aún más, el papel del contador y la información contable en el mantenimiento de las estructuras sociales y económicas.

Para ello, se hará una breve contextualización de las crisis financieras más relevantes en la historia económica mundial, después, se enunciarán las políticas adoptadas por los Estados para hacer frente a las crisis, dando paso a una nueva arquitectura financiera, que involucra una mirada ética de los participantes, aún más, el papel del contador y la información contable en el mantenimiento de las estructuras sociales y económicas.
