Sumario:

Lean Construction es un sistema de métodos innovadores de gestión de procesos en la construcción, puesto que es una herramienta eficaz para optimizar los resultados del trabajo: el tiempo y el costo del trabajo se reducen al mejorar constantemente la eficacia del producto final. La finalidad de este documento es evaluar de manera sistemática la adopción de la metodología Lean Contruction en proyectos de construcción. Se realizó un análisis cualitativo mediante el cual se revisaron 80 documentos indexados entre los años 2017 y 2021, distribuido de la siguiente manera: 61 artículos son de Scopus, 17 de ScienceDirect y 2 de Ebsco. review of the impact of the adoption of lean construction methodology in construction projects
Lean Construction es un sistema de métodos innovadores de gestión de procesos en la construcción, puesto que es una herramienta eficaz para optimizar los resultados del trabajo: el tiempo y el costo del trabajo se reducen al mejorar constantemente la eficacia del producto final. La finalidad de este documento es evaluar de manera sistemática la adopción de la metodología Lean Contruction en proyectos de construcción. Se realizó un análisis cualitativo mediante el cual se revisaron 80 documentos indexados entre los años 2017 y 2021, distribuido de la siguiente manera: 61 artículos son de Scopus, 17 de ScienceDirect y 2 de Ebsco. En conclusión, la metodología Lean Construction en proyectos de construcción muestra que es un enfoque sistémico que sirve para satisfacer las expectativas del cliente, maximizando el valor añadido y reduciendo todas las formas de desperdicio, así como también aporta mucho a las construcciones optimizando el proceso productivo a nivel estratégico y gestión operativo
Lean Construction is a method of innovating methods of process management in construction, as it is an effective tool for optimizing work results: labor time and labor cost are reduced by constantly increasing the efficiency of the end result. The goal of this document is to systematically evaluate the adoption of the Lean Methodology in projects of construction. A qualitative analysis was conducted whereby 80 indexed papers were reviewed between 2017 and 2021, distributed as follows: 61 articles are from Scopus, 17 from ScienceDirect and 2 from Ebsco. In conclusion, the Lean Construction methodology in construction projects shows that it is a systemic approach that serves to meet the expectations of the client, maximizing the added value and reduce all forms of waste, as well as brings much to the construction by optimizing the production process at the strategic level and operational managementThis article identified the need to create and implement a garbage classification system, since twice as much garbage is being generated on the day and only 17 percent of it will be recovered, according to research carried out within the facilities. from the technology of antioquia, a survey was used that identifies how people recycle, recycle or consume and if they would like the implementation of a machine that helps them separate garbage, applying a quantitative methodology for the analysis and planning of technology using artificial intelligence within the institution.

A qualitative analysis was conducted whereby 80 indexed papers were reviewed between 2017 and 2021, distributed as follows: 61 articles are from Scopus, 17 from ScienceDirect and 2 from Ebsco. In conclusion, the Lean Construction methodology in construction projects shows that it is a systemic approach that serves to meet the expectations of the client, maximizing the added value and reduce all forms of waste, as well as brings much to the construction by optimizing the production process at the strategic level and operational managementThis article identified the need to create and implement a garbage classification system, since twice as much garbage is being generated on the day and only 17 percent of it will be recovered, according to research carried out within the facilities. from the technology of antioquia, a survey was used that identifies how people recycle, recycle or consume and if they would like the implementation of a machine that helps them separate garbage, applying a quantitative methodology for the analysis and planning of technology using artificial intelligence within the institution.
