Este estudio explora la aplicación y los impactos de la Responsabilidad Social Empresarial (RSE) del Grupo Bancolombia en Medellín, adoptando un enfoque cualitativo para profundizar en su integración dentro de las estrategias corporativas. Los resultados revelan que Bancolombia ha implementado la RSE de manera efectiva, resaltando su papel esencial en el fomento del crecimiento sostenible por medio del incremento del uso de energías limpias y el apoyo a proyectos de desarrollo sostenible. La investigación enfatiza que la RSE no solo mejora el modelo de negocio, sino que también es vital para el desempeño económico a largo plazo, posicionándola como una práctica beneficiosa tanto económica como éticamente
