Impacto del teletrabajo por la pandemia de la COVID-19 en el cansancio laboral de los docentes universitarios

Objetivo. Evaluar el impacto del teletrabajo derivado de la emergencia sanitaria causada por la pandemia de la COVID-19 sobre el cansancio laboral de los docentes universitarios. Metodología. La metodología es cuantitativa con alcance correlacional, diseño no experimental y en un espacio de tiempo transeccional. Se recopilaron datos mediante un cuestionario para las variables de teletrabajo y cansancio laboral, el cual fue aplicado a una muestra de 427 docentes de instituciones de educación superior deChile, Colombia, Perú y Ecuador.
