El objetivo de este artículo es presentar el análisis cinemático de un mecanismo de retorno rápido; utilizando en primer lugar el análisis vectorial, luego con la aplicación del módulo Mecanismos del programa informático Proenginneer (PRO-E) versión 5.0 académica y en tercer lugar usando un método numérico para el análisis de velocidad angular y aceleración angular directamente del cambio de su posición angular. Para este análisis se utilizaron valores particulares de radio de manivela, distancia entre centros de la manivela y el oscilador, y velocidad angular de la manivela. Kinematic analysis of a quick return mechanism
<p>El objetivo de este artículo es presentar el análisis cinemático de un mecanismo de retorno rápido; utilizando en primer lugar el análisis vectorial, luego con la aplicación del módulo Mecanismos del programa informático Proenginneer (PRO-E) versión 5.0 académica y en tercer lugar usando un método numérico para el análisis de velocidad angular y aceleración angular directamente del cambio de su posición angular. Para este análisis se utilizaron valores particulares de radio de manivela, distancia entre centros de la manivela y el oscilador, y velocidad angular de la manivela. Los cálculos se hicieron para el giro completo de la manivela. Finalmente, con la aplicación del PRO-E se obtuvieron los resultados del análisis cinemático para tres modelos con relación de 0.75, 0.5 y 0.25 entre el radio de la manivela y la distancia entre centros.</p>
<p>This paper shows the kinematic analysis of a quick return mechanism, using at fisrt vector analysis, then the application of mechanical modules of software Proenginneer academic version 5.0 and thirdly using a numerical analysis method of angular velocity and angular acceleration directly from the change of the angular position. For this analysis, particular values of hand-crank radio, distance between centers of the crank and the oscillator, and angular velocity of the crank were wed. The calculations were made for the full rotation of the crank. Finally the application of Pro E computer program displayed the results of the kinematic analysis for three models with respect to 0.75, 0.5 and 0.25 of the radius of the crank and the center distance.</p>
