Con el presente artículo se quieren dar a conocer los fundamentos relacionados con el fenómeno de cavitación en los sistemas de bombeo aplicados en la industria, para entender por qué el rendimiento de una bomba, las vibraciones en las tuberías y el ruido en el sistema son una consecuencia del anterior fenómeno.
