La investigación ffi creación en las artes hoy es un método muy utilizado por las instituciones académicas de artes; este documento pretende dar algunas luces sobre las principales características de la investigación creación, tomando como referencia el documento “La naturaleza de la investigación” del autor Bruce Archer. El documento inicia haciendo un análisis de la triada que conforma el arte, artista, obra, espectador, y de sus implicaciones en la investigación creación, para terminar ofreciendo algunas características que debe poseer un creador como investigador.
