El incremento en la visibilización de las personas Transgénero, y el aumento de los logopedas que se especializan en logofoniatría, hacen que empiece a ser habitual la demanda de nuestros servicios de reeducación vocal por parte de personas transexuales Por el efecto de la doble mirada, estas se sienten más vulnerables y se acentúa la sensación de estar lejos del género sentido. Aun cuando ya puedan haber conseguido la imagen física deseada, ven cómo esta imagen física adquirida no les sirve si utilizan la voz.
