El artículo corresponde a una investigación en los sectores de Confecciones y de Alimentos y Bebidas sobre el impacto de las técnicas clásicas de la Ingeniería Industrial en la productividad. Se entrevistaron cerca de 90 jefes o responsables de esta ·rea profesional. Se registran los impactos positivos y negativos de acuerdo con el efecto sobre la empresa, los trabajadores y los clientes. The results show positive effects on productivity and production. also it was found that there is not major opposition from workers and unions.
