Con el desarrollo económico el mundo, la región, la comunidad, la empresa pública y privada y el Estado, han sufrido una transformación sin precedentes. En este contexto, el presente artículo aborda desde algunas perspectivas del sector petrolero en Colombia, cómo se está viendo afectada la unión empresa, gobierno y comunidad; además, expondrá algunas de sus posibles repercusiones en el mediano y largo plazo.

With the economic development, the world, the region, the community, the public and private enterprise and the State, have suffered an unprecedented transformation. In this context, this article discusses, from some perspectives of the oil sector in Colombia, how the junction between business, government and community is being affected; it will also present some of the possible medium and long-term implications.
