La eficacia organizacional ha estado en el centro de la empresa, la gestión y la investigación administrativa durante más de cincuenta años. En este trabajo se definen las metodologías a seguir para realizar la evaluación de los procesos de eficacia organizacional, de manera que las empresas estén en condiciones de afrontar las exigencias del entorno y garantizar su permanencia en el medio. Este análisis comparativo permite ajustar los límites disciplinares que posibilitan superar las barreras de la ineficacia organizacional, las cuales limitan la construcción de empresas más competentes.

Organizational Effectiveness has been at the core of organization and management research for over fifty years. This paper defines the methodologies to be followed in order to evaluate the coordination processes in organizational effectiveness so as companies are in the conditions to face the environment requirements and guarantee it surviving in it. This comparative analysis allows to adjust the disciplinary limits that facilitate overcome the barriers of the organizational inefficacy that constrains the formation of more competitive enterprises.
