A total 36 patients underwent successful laparoscopy repair. 83,33% men and 16,67% women with an average age of 35 years (range 23-48). The average Revised Trauma score (APACHE II) was 11. There were 91,66% grade II and 8,34% grade III diaphragm injuries. The mean operative time was 58 minutes ( range 20-100) and the average hospital stay from the time of surgery to the time of discharge was 2.5 days (range 1-5 days ). The procedure failed in 9Conclusion: Laparoscopy repair of diaphragm injuries using video is a feasible option with minimal morbidity and mortality.
