Three theories are responsible of the pathophysiology of the disease being the most common the sequelae of granulomatous infections with mediastinal compromise. The diagnosis is clinical with the presence of cough in 60%, radiographic with the evidence of calcified nodules that obstruct the airway and endoscopic complementary invasive method . The management could be expectant, endoscopic and surgical with results according to patient characteristics.
