La construcción de una línea jurisprudencial se realiza a partir del estudio y análisis de un número determinado de sentencias, emitidas, en lo pertinente para este estudio, por la Corte Constitucional, con el fin de determinar cuáles han sido los pronunciamientos de esta Corporación en cuanto a la protección de los derechos fundamentales - vulnerados a los estudiantes de primaria y secundaria por parte de las instituciones educativas – y establecer las diferencias y/o semejanzas entre los pronunciamientos promulgados en distintos períodos de tiempo. Para dar inicio a la construcción de la línea jurisprudencial se tomó un número par de 20 sentencias y se dividieron en dos grupos: 10 sentencias entre 1993 a 1999, y 10 sentencias del año 2000... The jurisprudence survey is composed of the even amount of 20 sentences (judgements) which were divided in two groups: ten sentences passed between the years of 1993 and 1999 and ten sentences passed between the years 2000 and 2007. This division is made as to register the changes in the behaviour of the Constitutional Court in its first years of operation as well as in a more recent period.Keywords: jurisprudence survey, fundamental rights, tutelary action, sentences,constitutional stage.
