Sumario:
Presentamos el caso de un paciente de 75 años, hombre, con síndrome anémico y fiebre de origen desconocido. Estudio de médula ósea sin evidencia de malignidad. En RM de abdomen se detectaron masas bilaterales en glándulas suprarrenales de hasta 5 cm. Biopsia de lesión adrenal con resultado compatible con linfoma no Hodgkin B difuso de célula grande. Recibió tratamiento con seis ciclos de esquema R-CNOP, obteniendo remisión completa de la enfermedad durante 17 meses con posterior recaída hepática del linfoma. El paciente fallece por complicaciones asociadas a la patología.

Bilateral adrenal masses of maximum 5 cm were detected on an abdominal MRI. Biopsy of adrenal lesion confirmed Diffuse Large B-Cell non-Hodgkin lymphoma. He received therapy with six cycles of R-CNOP, obtaining complete remission for 17 months, followed by hepatic relapse of the neoplasm. The patient died for complications of his disease.
